Return Conditions

• Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving the order.
• The product should be in unused, unwashed, and original condition with all tags intact.
• Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is defective or damaged.

Refund Process

• Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned.
• Sale or clearance items are non-returnable.
